Dead App

Crashes on start every time even after phone hard restart. Dont update until they fix it!!!

Unusable since last update

This app has become unusable since the last update for iOS 10.0.2. It keeps crashing. Please fix this app. It is how I get my schedule for work.

Constant Crashing!

I had absolutely no issues with this app until updating for iOS 10. Now the app immediately crashes as soon as I tap on the W2W icon. Very frustrating, please fix!

Crashing after iOS10 update

App now crashes immediately after opening since the iOS10 upgrade.

New update crash 9/26/16

With the new update, my app would crash right after I opened it. Out of curiosity, I deleted the app, reinstalled it and signed back in and that seemed to fix the problem.

Crash City

The newest update crashes immediately upon opening. Great update!

Not easy to use

Should be simple to take a quick glance and see which days you are working and which shifts. It makes you click on every day individually

Do they even test the app before they send it in to the App Store?

The app crashes the second you open it since the update. Please fix as soon as possible.

Quick fix

Quickly fixed crashing version! Thanks!

doesnt even open

force closes every time you try to open it

Resolved failed launch problem quickly!

They fixed the issue for failed launch really fast.

Fixed Crashing

Thank god it is fixed. It works like a charm. The interface is simple and easy to use.

Why re-log in at every update???

Seriously, why??

Needs Notification option

If there were notifications on the app it would be much more user friendly.

Dont like the new update

No reason to "swipe" to see multiple schedules, liked the previous version where both schedules were on same page! Made it simple and easy to use...an option to having to "swipe" would be a nice.

Easy and Efficient!

I have been waiting for an app to use on When to Work and its finally here! It works wonderfully and everything is easy access!

Good but needs some finer touches.

As a firefighter, my department uses this software for their part-time staffing and its really user-friendly. Although this app was released today on 1/21/16 I feel that W2W still has some work yet to do. When making making my schedule in the app, I still have to "Launch Preferences" to Safari which totally takes the point of having the app handy. I like the idea of having the dashboard if you work multiple places. The app also is set up just like the mobile version, so theres no point in downloading the app if you already have the version put on your home screen. Again, i really like how W2W is progressing just feel like this one was kinda thrown together.

About the release of this app.

So a couple weeks back, I emailed the company if they were working on a app for the iPhone, and they replied its in the works. And then a couple weeks later it is released. Great company so far. The app is just like the mobile version, but with the dashboard. And with the dashboard being your main menu basically, you can choose a color accent for the Title of it. Im sure as time goes on the app will improve. But so far so great!

Love the Dashboard!

WhenToWorks mobile site has always been very good, but the app offers a new feature: the dashboard! I can sign in to all three of my accounts, and the app stores all the usernames & passwords and lets me see whats happening (upcoming shifts, new messages, etc.) in all three accounts on one dashboard screen. From there, I just click to access each account. This will be a huge timesaver for me.

Easy to use both my logins!

I like this app. Makes my life easier having both companies I work for right in one place. I also like seeing how many hours I got for the week right up front.
